Refund Policy

We want you to pay for RA only if it works for you. This policy explains free trials, cancellations and refunds.

7-day free trial

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Plan → Cancel subscription, or directly in your PayPal account under Automatic payments. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

• First payment: if you are not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded, because you can cancel before the next billing date at any time.
• Service problems: if RA was unable to publish for a significant part of a billing period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund or credit that period fairly.
• Founding prices: founding prices stay the same while your subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the current price applies.

How to request a refund

Email contact@metafy.one or message us on WhatsApp at +20 101 235 4999 with the email address of your account. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through PayPal; it can take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
